Holley Property Management, Inc. has been in the professional property management business since 2009. Holley Property Management acquired Fleck Property Management, which had been in business at the same location for over 20 years. Mr. Holley worked closely with Fleck Property Management for more than 17 of those years. The seamless transition from Fleck to Holley was made possible due to the fact that the seasoned staff assembled by Mr. Fleck did not change. The clients and residents noticed no disruption in the quality service they had come to expect over the years.

Tim Simpson

Mr. Simpson started with Fleck Property Management in 1995. Possesses extensive skills in all areas of both residential and commercial property management. Strong supervisory skill with employees, vendors and residents. Holds a Bachelors degree in accounting, Associate degrees in real estate, liberal arts as well as social and behavioral science.

Randy Rosen

Leasing Agent

 

Randy has been with the company since 2006. Graduated from the University of Michigan, Wayne State University Law School and has a Master's in Tax Law from Georgetown University. Mr. Rosen spent 20 years in legal publishing in Washington, D.C. before relocating to Los Angeles in 1995. He operated a wholesale produce brokerage business for 7 years, and did tax consulting. He is very active in youth sports and has run a very successful youth basketball program at a Los Angeles City Department of Recreation Center. He has spent several years coaching basketball at the high school level.

Keith Deitz

Leasing Agent

 

Keith joined Holley Property Management team with a desire to help people find their new home. His past experience in Location Management led him to earn his Real Estate Salesperson license in 2013. His other past experiences as restaurant manager and substitute school teacher at Venice High School has allowed him to serve and teach many here in the Westside community. Originally from Lebanon, PA, Keith has resided in Venice since 1998 and is excited to be a part of the Holley Property Management team.

Carol Munoz

Maintenance Coordinator

 

Has worked in the maintenance department for the past 8+ years. Started in this position with Fleck Property Management and now with Holley Property Management. Handles all calls that come into the maintenance department, ensuring that all our residents repairs are completed in a timely manner.
